  • Morehouse College is the nation’s largest, private liberal arts college for African-American men. Founded in 1867, the College enrolls approximately 3,000 students and confers bachelor’s degrees on more black men than any other institution in the world.
  • Morehouse operates under the semester system offering the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees. The College offers 26 majors in three academic divisions: Humanities and Social Sciences, Science and Mathematics, and Business and Economics, and a dual-degree program in engineering with the Georgia Institute of Technology.
  • Campus facilities includes dormitories, the Martin Luther King Jr. International Chapel, and classroom buildings, Archer Hall Student Center and Chivers-Lane Dining Hall, and the Davidson House-Center for Excellence, the Technology Connector, the Morehouse Leadership Center, a five hundred car parking deck, and campus bookstore.
  • Morehouse is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Morehouse is one of only four liberal arts colleges in the nation with AACSB International accreditation and a Phi Beta Kappa chapter.
